Galleria Eugenia Delfini is an exhibition space founded in Rome in 2022 to promote contemporary artists. Its mission is to promote all those practices that are interdisciplinary, theoretically informed, and politically driven, offering prepositions for social change and ways of being together otherwise.
Founder and director Eugenia Delfini is a curator gallerist who has been trained at the Sapienza University in Rome, the IUAV University in Venice and the Center for Curatorial Studies of Bard College in New York.
As curator, Delfini co-founded and directed the project space Sottobosco (Venice, 2009-2013) and held curatorial and educational roles at Guggenheim in NY and Bilbao; Hessel Museum of Art, NY; The Drawing Center, NY; 80WSE Gallery, NY; The Clemente, NY; The National Gallery of Modern Art, Rome; MACTE - Museum of Contemporary Art, Termoli, and many other institutions.
