Figures and Forms is the first of a series of group exhibitions that the gallery curates to introduce new artists to the Roman scene. The format is nimble, a medium is chosen, and starting from that, works already created by artists who are not represented by other galleries in Rome are presented.
Figures and Forms focuses on painting and is the occasion to investigate three different ways of understanding contemporary pictorial figuration.
The artists selected to address this investigation are Giulia Maria Belli (born in Udine in 1989 she is based in Venice), Greta Ferretti (born in Rome in 1996 she is based in Venice) and Narcisa Monni (born in Alghero in 1981 she is based in Sassari).
